Hey you!
Especially in these cold winter days I love having a warm an sweet breakfast! But obviously, I don't want to start my day with a unhealthy treat and I don't want to stay in the kitchen for an hour or so just to make my breaky! For this kind of mornings, my fast and esay vegan pancakes are perfect! They are vegan, low in fat and don't need and raffined sugar! So give it a try, it won't take you long! ;)
Ingredients for about 9 small pancakes (depending on size)
- 80 gr flour of your choice
- 160 ml plantbased milk ( I used rice milk)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 ripe banana
- a pinch of salt
How to make your pancakes:
Mix your flour, baking powder, salt and milk until the mixture has a smooth consistency. Mash the ripe banana with a fork and add it to your dough. Mix again until it is well combined. Heat up a pan (mine was a non-stick one, use a little bit of oil if desired) and pour the dough in it. bake on medium to high heat on bth sides until your pancakes are nice golden-brown. Let them cool down or enjoy them warm.
Of course you can change the recipe for your desires, for example you can add some cocoa powder to create chocolate pancakes or a pinch of cinnamon which fits great with the banana flavour! ^^
I can just recommend to try it! When you liked tthis recipe, leave a comment so that I know and subscribe to my blog! ^^

Viel Spass beim nachmachen!
